AgriBiotica delivers the ordered products to its customers with the cooperation of its contractual partners.
Delivery fees, deadlines
Domestic delivery
Within the territory of Hungary, for orders under 500 liters: HUF 20,000 + VAT, on top of that we do not charge any other packaging or handling costs. Delivery is free throughout the country if the total quantity exceeds 500 liters.
The expected delivery time within Hungary is 2-3 working days. Exceptions:
In the case of an order quantity exceeding 2000 liters, delivery is made on the basis of individual consultation, in the event of an accident or unforeseen traffic obstacles.
If the delivery date differs from the requested delivery date, we will notify you.
Shipping abroad
In the case of delivery abroad, we apply individual prices, which we can specify based on the specific quantity and destination.
In the case of delivery abroad, the delivery time is expected to be 4-5 working days (Europe).
Delivery to a specific time and location
Our delivery partner is a separate company, which is why the AgriBiotica online store does not influence the delivery date of the shipments. If neither you nor one of your colleagues is at the destination, enter an address where someone can receive the shipment on your behalf. You can also include other information regarding the delivery address in the comment, and be sure to enter your mobile phone number. In case of unsuccessful delivery, you may not receive the order on the next working day but at a later date, as agreed with the delivery partner.
International shipping
We deliver the ordered products predominantly to addresses in Hungary, and the discounted delivery costs apply to them. Of course, we can also arrange international shipping, but in this case, we have to calculate the international tariffs for the shipping cost, which depends on the shipment quantity. For international deliveries, the total amount of the order can be paid by bank transfer.
If you wish to use the possibility of foreign delivery, please get in touch with us. Please send an e-mail with the article number and quantity of the goods you want to order, as well as the destination country, so we can calculate the shipping cost based on this.
Damaged shipment
Please inspect the shipment in the presence of the delivery partner upon delivery. If you notice damage to the product packaging that indicates damage to the goods inside, file a report and do not accept the damaged goods. In the absence of a protocol, we are unable to exchange the shipment free of charge. If you experience such damage, please get in touch with our customer service immediately at the e-mail address info@agribiotica.eu.
We always pack the ordered goods following the regulations to avoid damage. If there are minor dents or scratches on the packaging or covering of the product, this does not necessarily indicate damage to the goods. The contents of the shipment are most likely intact. The packaging protects the goods.
